These visits are conducted by Enjoy Experts; they are fully trained employees of Enjoy, who love technology and working with others. These experts will hand deliver the product to you at an exact time and location that the customer has chosen. These visits will last an hour, and the experts will help to get the product setup and running smoothly. The Enjoy Visit comes free with any purchase from GoEnjoy.com, but these visits are available for technology that you already own. Enjoy Visits are available for $99 each, and the consumer gets to choose the time, date, and location as well.

Enjoy has also partnered with AT&T, starting on May 19th they will offer the Enjoy service in its online shopping experience directly from ATT.com. Customers in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area will be able to get an Enjoy Visit for free when they purchase a device from AT&T.

Ron Johnson’s new company Enjoy is quite refreshing and intriguing. It clearly is not meant to be a Genius Bar or Geek Squad, but instead a very custom learning experience for any customer with a device.
