Galaxy Nexus Coming To Sprint? - NJTechReviews

Well would you look at that photo above. Yes, it is a Galaxy Nexus branded for Sprint. It appeared as an advertisement on CNET. Looks like someone let the cat out of the bag a bit early. Assuming that it was going to be announced next week at CES. The Sprint version will still feature the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 5 mega-pixel back camera with LED flash, a front facing camera, and a 1.5GHz Dual-Core Processor. What we last said was correct according tot he ad above. The Verizon Galaxy Nexus only has a 1.2GHz Dual Core Processor, So it looks like the Sprint version is getting a boost in processor speeds. It will also be their first 4G LTE phone. Earlier today Sprint announced their first 4G LTE Markets. They will be arriving in 2012, so basically sometime this year. This will feature access to sprints 4G LTE Network, a 1.5GHz Dual-Core Processor, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich! This is going to be one powerhouse of a phone, I just hope Sprint will be confirming it sooner than later. Let us know your thoughts below!
