Verizon Wireless and Exent are making gaming on certain Android device much better. And this is achieved through GameTanium. In case you haven’t heard of Exent, they are the worlds leading Games on Demand provider they deliver premium games across a wide variety of device like mobile phones, tablets, computers, and more. And GameTanium is a new monthly subscription gaming service for Android devices on Verizon Wireless. And it’s powered by Verizon’s networks, which includes there insanely fast 4G LTE speeds. And GameTanium is exclusive to Verizon Wireless customers. It brings around 100 games to smartphones and around 50 games to tablets, and for $5.99 a month you get unlimited access to them. They are also currently offering a free 3-day trial to the service. The $5.99 a month automatically gets billed to your monthly Verizon Wireless bill. GameTanium can be download from the Verizon App Store, and this application works on 30 Verizon devices. Today, we have a quick hands-on with GameTanium on a Verizon Wireless Droid Incredible 4G LTE. To download GameTanium you simply go into the Verizon App Store and download GameTanium. From there it looks like any old application store. Keep in mind that you start off with the Free 3-Day Trial, but after 3-days the service will cost $5.99 a month and a data connection is required for use. The application itself is pretty simple, from the home screen you access the Editors Pick, “Whats New” Games, feature games, Why Subscribe, different genres, Sweepstakes, Surveys, Categories, and the Help menu. In the menu section you can access My Games, All Games, What’s New, Editors Pick, Arcade, Card/Casino, Puzzle/Match 3, Action/Adventure/ and Sports. So basically there you can access all of the different parts of the applications. When you select an application you will have the option to download it, but if you scroll down there is much more to explore. You can see photos or videos of the game, a brief summary, recommended games, and review of the game. I was very happy to see that you can find almost all of the information about the game on one simple page. When you look at all of the different games available in that category, you scroll through all of the different games. And you can see the rating, which is done by showing 5-Stars. You can also search for games that are available in the application. Overall, GameTanium is definitely an amazing offering from Verizon and Exent. And it really is an awesome way to get you favorite Android games for a low price of only $5.99 a month. To put it simply, it is like a Spotify service but for Gaming, and not to mention it is cheaper than what you would pay for all of the games you would most likely end up getting from the Play Store. There is a large amount of games available, so you should find the ones that you like. You can check out our photo gallery and video below, and coming soon we have an interview with Zvi Levgoren, Exent’s CEO and a full review of GameTanium is coming soon!
