AT&T Unveils The Sony Xperia TL;The Bond Phone

Today, AT&T and Sony announced the Xperia TL! And yes this is James Bond phone in the upcoming movie “Skyfall”. This will be AT&T next Xperia device, We Recently Reviewed The Sony Xperia Ion And You Can See Our Review By Clicking Here. The Xperia TL will be debuting exclusively on AT&T. And it will be on their 4G LTE network, this way you can get some very fast data speeds. And if for some reason your are not covered by AT&T’s 4G LTE network, you will be running on AT&T’s 4G HSPA+ 42 network. The Xperia TL is featuring Sony’s new 13-megapixel camera, it can go from sleep mode to the first photo in just 1.5 seconds, it takes photos and records video in HD, and more. On the front you have a 720pHD camera. One of my favorite things about the Sony Xperia Ion was it’s great HD Reality display, it truly was one of the best displays on a smartphone I have tested out. And on the TL you get a 4.6-inch HD Reality Display with the great Mobile BRAVIA Engine and a resolution of 1080 X 720. So, you will get the same great screen technology and around the same size on the TL, as we have on the Ion. The Xperia TL also connects to your TV via MHL or DLNA. You have a new feature made possible by NFC called, “One-touch”. This will let you share music and photos across a large selection of NFC enabled devices. All you have to do is tap the phones and a wireless connection begins. You will also get 1(one) Xperia SmartTag right out of the box. You will get 3(three) Sony media applications pre-loaded on the Xperia TL, those being WALKMAN, Movies, and Album. Album is a new application that will take advantage of the 13-megapixel camera. Features of the Albums application include over 25 editing options, geo-tagging photos, and a new and improved layout of videos and photos both on the phone and online. Out of the box you are running Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich with a Sony User Interface. Following it’s launch you will be able to updated the Xperia TL to Android 4.1 JellyBean. You get a speedy 1.5GHz dual core processor inside, this will keep the operating system moving and should improve battery life. It will be available in the black color soon above. No pricing or availability has been announced just yet, but we will update you as soon as we hear something! I am super excited about the AT&T Sony Xperia TL and cannot wait to get my hands on it.
