LG Announces The Optimus F Series!

LG has just announced the brand new Optimus F Series! This new series will be shown off at the 2013 Mobile World Congress. There will be 2(two) devices, the Optimus F5 and the Optimus F7. They both will feature LG’s industry-leading LTE technologies and a premium user experience. Both the Optimus F5 and F7 will be running Android 4.1.2 JellyBean with a User Interface that features upgraded versions of Live Zooming, QuickMemo, QTranslator, Video Wiz, Safety Care, and QSlide. Before Live Zooming and QSlide were only available on LG’s higher end device, now they are bringing them to other devices for the entire market to enjoy. QSlide will let you have 2(two) applications open at the same time all on the same screen. The Optimus G used to have the exclusivity to Live Zooming, this allows you to zoom anywhere on a video that you are watching. This feature is now a welcomed edition Optimus F5 and F7. The Optimus F5 features a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core processor with 1GB of RAM, 4G LTE capable, 8GB of internal storage, a micro SD card slot, a 2,150mAh battery, a 4.3-inch IPS touchscreen display, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, a 5 megapixel back camera, 9.3 millimeters thick, and more. The LG Optimus F5 will have a worldwide rollout starting with launch of the device in Europe during Quarter 2. Pricing and the exact launch date for the Optimus F5 will be announced at a later time. The LG Optimus F7 features a 1.5GHz Dual-Core processor with 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a micro SD card slot, a 8 megapixel back camera, a 4.7-inch True HD IPS touchscreen display, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, a 2,540mAh battery, 9.6 millimeters thick, and more. The Optimus F7’s rollout will begin in selected markets after the launch of the F5 in Europe. As with the Optimus F5 pricing and the exact launch date for the F7 will be announced at a later time. Both devices should be available in your choice of either black or white. Overall, I am excited about the new LG Optimus F5 and F7! They are brining the great higher end features down to some low and mid range devices. We will update as soon as more information regarding the devices is released.
