Why not have Virgin Mobile have you investigate why they sell their Hotspots when they don’t tell you that they are incapable of providing internet service. They sell the hotspots on a fraudulent basis; knowing full well that when they sold the product they were aware of (and they call it this-) KNOWN PROBLEM. No one should trust this company or its products.
