Back at CES, LifeProof announced both a waterproof and battery charging case for the iPhone 6. Since then, we have been waiting for more details on the FRĒ Power case. Earlier this month, Mophie beat LifeProof to market with their own waterproof and battery charging case for the device. LifeProof has just announced that pre-orders have opened for the FRĒ Power case for iPhone 6.
LifeProof has a lot of experience with making extremely durable cases, and the FRĒ Power case, combines the durability with extra power for your phone. In fact the case will provide 2X battery life thanks to a 2600Ah battery and will work with TouchID on the iPhone 6. The FRĒ Power case comes in black, white or blue and is available for pre-order now. The case comes in at $129.99 and should ship sometime around May 15th.
