The HTC One M9 for AT&T has been running Android 5.0 Lollipop for a solid amount of time. And HTC is pretty good about getting updates out to their customers, or at least getting it to the carriers for testing in a timely manner. The vice president of product management for HTC, Mo Versi, just announced that the AT&T HTC One M9 will be getting Android 5.1.

The upgrade to the latest version of Android Lollipop is a very welcomed update, it should be an all around good update that should end up fixing some bugs and speed up the whole experience. He also specifically mentioned that the update will be bringing some camera improvements. The update will begin rolling out tomorrow, July 15th, via an over the air update. If you don’t see it tomorrow you can try to manually check for it via the settings menu on the HTC One M9.
