HBO Now launches today on Fire TV and Fire TV Stick

HBO Now

Back in July we detailed the launch of HBO Now for Amazon’s Fire tablets and today we have news for the popular streaming service’s launch on the Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. Well today, HBO Now and Amazon have officially launched HBO for the Fire TV streaming devices.

HBO Now is of course HBO’s cord cutting option, for $14.99 a month you get access to all of HBO’s content. This includes their series, movies, documentaries, comedy specials, music specials and more. HBO Now originally launched in June and it was exclusive to Apple’s ecosystem.

But as of today, HBO Now is ready and open for business on the Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. Customers with these devices can now go and download the application on your streaming player. You can also register for the service and get a free 30 day trial, after that it will cost $14.99 a month. Expect the library of content to continuing growing and to see changes in from month to month, HBO is good at making the service worth the price.
