Acer H277HU Stand

Acer is well underway with there 2016 Consumer Electronic Show announcements, but they have just unveils the R1, H7, and XR monitor series. All of these new monitors features premium designs and high-end performance, plus Acer’s EyeProtect Technology. This is meant to reduce eye strain and provide outstanding color performance thanks to the IPS panels with 178-degree viewing angles. But only the H7 monitor will be making its way to the United States, but it does pack some neat features.

For instance the H7 Series Monitors are the world’s first to support USB Type-C, allowing users to transfer data and charge devices all through one cable. This is a pretty big feature and I have a feeling more devices will be adding USB Type-C support throughout the year. Not only that, but it has a ZeroFrame design and a diamond cut brushed metal stand. It will come in either a 25-inch or 27-inch display sizes. They are WQHD displays with a resolution 2560 X 1440 and have Acer TrueHarmony and DTS Sound on board. On the back you will find the previously stated USB Type-C port, along with an HDMI 2.0 port. The H7 Series Monitor will start at $499.99 and will land in the United States come February. The H7 series will be landing in the EMEA in February.

All of these will be Full HD displays with 1920 X 1080 resolution. They feature Acer Flicker-less and Blue Light Filter technologies along with a 5 to 15 degree adjustable tilt.
