Verizon is adding the enormous 18-inch Samsung Galaxy View

Samsung Galaxy View 1024-640

If you though the iPad Pro was big, think again; the 18-inch Samsung Galaxy View is coming to Verizon. In fact the Galaxy View is available from Verizon today and can be purchased through the carriers device payment plan offering. The Galaxy View has a 18.4-inch full HD display, which makes it a small-sized television.

Samsung went an interesting route with the Galaxy View, they were trying to change-up the entertainment game. Not only do you have a full HD display, but you get stereo speakers. The View even has built-in handle that truly makes the tablet grab’n go. I could see the Galaxy View come in handy for college students, who don’t want to bring a TV with them. As it offers a very large screen and will be great for watching Netflix in the late night hours.

The Galaxy View also features Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Samsung user interface, 64GB of on-board storage, a micro SD card slot, 1.6GHz 8-core processor, a 2.1 megapixel camera, and much more. Samsung is also saying the Galaxy View should get 8 hours of battery life, thanks to a lithium-ion battery.

On Verizon the Samsung Galaxy View $24.99 per month for 24 months with the device payment plan, $499.99 with a 2-year contract, or for $599.99 with no-contract.
