The Apple Watch Series 2 has been out for a bit, but the specially built models made in conjunction with Nike have not launched as of yet. Pre-orders for the Apple Watch Nike+ have been open for a while, and the smartwatch will land on October 28.
The Apple Watch Nike+ features special bands that are built for running along with exclusive watch faces. These sleek looking bands feature holes which allow for a tighter or looser fit. Alongside the launch of this Apple Watch variant will be the new release of the Nike+ Run Club application.
All of the great features from Watch Series 2 like waterproofing, a brighter display, and a faster processor are here. The 39MM Apple Watch Nike+ starts at $369 and $399 for the 42MM version. Both models come in a few colors including silver aluminum and space gray color with different colored bands.
Apple is taking pre-orders for the Apple Watch Nike+, and it will be available in Apple stores on Friday, October 28. Macy’s, Dicks Sporting Goods, and select Nike retail locations will offer this model of the watch as well.
