Verizon is not doing the best in terms of promoting tweets today. As you may know, there coverage map is traditionally red and fills most of the country. And today is election day show people will be carefully watching the map as the race to 270 electoral votes is on. It appears, according to several Twitter users, that Verizon is promoting its coverage map on the social network and it is causing some confusion.
This was not the best night to promote a coverage map that covers the entire country in Red. It appears that they are also running TV advertisements with a similar graphic. We will have to wait and see if Verizon pulls the promoted tweet, but the more valuable information to wait for is who elected the next President.
OH MY GOD VERIZON ELECTION NIGHT IS THE WORST TIME FOR THIS ADVERTISEMENT. pic.twitter.com/TvmnB84ltO
