Acer’s Predator Z301CT is the world’s first 30-inch Gaming Monitor with Eye-Tracking

Alongside the 30-inch Z301CT, the XB252Q and XB272 were unveiled with a 240Hz refresh rate.

Acer Predator Z301CT

Acer is taking the CES 2017 stage and kicking it off by announcing three displays. The first is the world’s inaugural 21:9 curved monitor with eye tracking– The Predator Z301CT. Yes, you did read that right, it is a 30-inch display. This monitor will be a dream come true for gamers and it has earned the CES 2017 “Best of Innovations” award.

The Predator Z301CT has a 2560 x 1080 resolution with a 200Hz refresh rate. It also two 3-Watt speakers built-in, but the star of the show is the display unit which has 16.7-millions color. It has Tobii eye-tracking technology built-in which allows gamers to play in unique ways. For instance, camera angles will automatically move depending on the player’s eye movement. The Z301CT from Acer will land in February for $899 in the US or €899 in the EMEA.

Acer Predator XB272

Alongside the awesome Predator Z301CT, Acer showed off two more monitors. The new Predator XB2 series features a super high 240Hz refresh rate. It comes in two sizes–the 24.5-inch Predator XB252Q and the 27-inch Predator XB272. They offer a Full 1080pHD picture quality with a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. For sound, you get two 2-Watt speakers built-in. It has a ZeroFrame design which allows for accurate positioning with a stand and makes it easy to have a multi-monitor setup. This pair of Predator monitors will land in February of 2017. The Predator XB252Q will be $549 in the US and €599 in the EMEA. The Predator XB272 will be $679 in the US and €699 in the EMEA.
