BRAVEN is not a newcomer to the audio market, but they are a newcomer to the headphone and earbud market. While they have been making speakers for several years, CES 2017 marks their entry into headphones. BRAVEN is launching a new FLYE SPORT line Bluetooth in-ear headphones at CES 2017.

The entry level in this line is the FLYE SPORT which are just $49 and should land in the first quarter. They have an IPX5 waterproof rating and a discrete design that packs 7-hour battery life. A low profile comfort ear tip was chosen and should sit inside the ear well; it also has a cord that connects the two buds. FLYE SPORT will come in your choice of Silver and Electric or Slate and Crimson.

FLYE SPORT REFLECT comes in at $99 and have a 900mAh power bank in the form of a neck band. The ear buds themselves come with different in-ear options to choose from and the option of over-ear or inner-ear hooks. These seem better for activities like running or being out about as they have a refective lining on them.

If you want to have finite control over the sound and Bluetooth Smart capabilities, you will want to look at the FLYE SPORT POWER. These feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, 10-hour battery life, a battery charging cradle for your neck, and sport ear hooks that glow. These will retail for $149.99 and will land in Quarter 2 of 2017.

Lastly, we have Braven’s AirPod competitor the FLYE SPORT GLO which are true wireless earbuds, as each one is separate from each other. You can control the sound with on-ear controls, or via an application as they have Bluetooth Smart. Each bud features an outer ear hook with laser lights for added visibility. The carrying case for these doubles as a charging case with a 14,000mAh battery inside. BRAVEN’s FLYE SPORT GLO’s will cost $249.99 and land in the second quarter of 2017.
