The Honor 6X, an affordable but well-built device from Huawei, was shown off earlier this week and the company is not done yet. The Huawei Mate will be landing on US shores tomorrow and is bringing Amazon Alexa with it. Yes, Amazon’s intelligent assistant will be making its first appearance on a smartphone.

Alexa will come in the form of a pre-installed application on the Mate 9, but she can also be activated through voice commands. The voice assistant could be used to control other connected devices in your home, as well to create alarms, get a traffic update, and much more. Amazon and Huawei will be working together in the future to build unique mobile experiences in the future.

While Amazon Alexa integration is a major feature of the Mate 9, it is not the full story. It features a second-generation dual- lens camera that is engineered with Leica. You get a 12-megapixel lens and a 20-megapixel lens, and this will let you create a “bokeh effect” on your photos. It is running Android 7.0 with a cleaner Huawei user interface, the EMUI 5.0 software. Powering the Mate 9 is a Kirin 960 with a 4,000mAh battery with QuickCharge.

Huawei’s Mate 9 will come in Space Grey and Moonlight Silver. It will retail for $599.99 from a plethora of retailers including BestBuy, Newegg.com, B&H, and Amazon.com.
