Verizon is getting the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus

Samsung has just unveiled the new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. And Verizon, a major carrier in the United States will be getting the duo of devices. We don’t have pricing or exact availability just yet, but Verizon will let loose exact details in the coming days and weeks.

The Galaxy S8 features 5.8-inch 2,960 X 1440 display with 570 pixels per inch, a 2.35Ghz and 1.9Ghz Eight Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GBs of RAM, 64GB of internal storage plus a micro SD card slot, 8-megapixel front camera, 12-megapixel back camera with LED flash, a 3,000mAh battery, and more.

The Galaxy S8 Plus has 6.2-inch 2,960 X 1440 Super AMOLED display with 529 pixels per inch, a 2.35Ghz and 1.9Ghz Eight Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GBs of RAM, 64GB of internal storage plus a micro SD card slot, 8-megapixel front camera, 12-megapixel back camera with LED flash, a 3,500mAh battery, and more.

With Gigabit LTE built-in, the S8 and S8 Plus will take advantage of Verizon’s lightning fast 4G LTE network.
