Talk about a Saturday surprise; we just got an exclusive behind the scenes look at Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Which by the way will be in theaters in just 153 days, not that we’re counting or anything. This behind the scenes looks features many of the characters and the mood is exciting but teasing.
You will definitely watch this exclusive look several times and will analyze every moment. It stars Mark Hamill, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaacs, John Boyega, BB-8, C3P0, R2-D2, the late Carrie Fisher, and many others. For the super fans, you see some of the Jedi and Lightsaber training, including a look at Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver in practice. We also get to the see production teams in action.
For instance a look at the rigs, including a moving one used to capture the running shots. We also see a few moments from the first day of shooting to when the final scene was shot. All in all, I am ten times more excited for The Last Jedi after watching this and am eagerly waiting for December 15th, 2017. Director Rian Johnson even said that film might be shocking to some people and that we can expect to learn a lot more.
