Acer’s new gaming desktops are jam-packed with high-tech features to create the best possible gaming experience. The Predator Orion 9000 series is temperature-controlled to prevent overheating with liquid cooling and Acer’s IceTunnel 2.0, which uniquely minimizes heat using advanced airflow management. The CPU features liquid cooling technology while up to five fans create cool air in the rigs’ chassis, and airflow is selectively redirected to keep the storage devices cool while the graphics cards are equipped with fans to blow heat out of the system.
On top of temperature control, the Acer Predator Orion 9000 series can also support up to an 8K UHD monitor for the best possible visuals. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9 Extreme Edition 18-core processor, up to 128GB quad-channel DDR4 memory, and dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti cards in Scalable Link Interface, which allows two video cards to be linked up. These function of power even the most detailed games and virtual reality apps with beautiful graphics and seamless gameplay.
Aesthetically, each rig features a black-and-silver exterior with customizable lighting, which is an angular and futuristic design that seems to be out of science fiction. A window panel reveals the inner machinery while reducing electromagnetic interference levels. With two handles and wheels, each rig is easy to reposition anywhere in a room.
The Predator Orion 9000 series is set to be available in February with pricing beginning at $1,999.
