You might have heard of the Mate 10 Pro, but Huawei announced today at CES 2018 that it will be landing in the United States as an unlocked device. It will be $799 and sold form major retailers, but it will not be available directly from any carriers. Huawei was working with AT&T to have them carry it, but it appears the deal fell apart in the late stages due to political pressure.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is undoubtedly a flagship device featuring a Leica Dual Camera with SUMMILUX-H lenses that makes the fan-favorite Bokeh effect a possibility. It is powered by 4,000mAh battery and has a neural processing unit onboard. Android 8.0 Oreo is encased in a customized Huawei user interface. Plus it features a 6.0-inch QHD+OLED FullView Display. Given that the device is a GSM one it will run on notably AT&T and T-Mobile in the United States. You can pre-order the device on February 4th, but it will land on February 18th for $799. And if you want the Porsche Design Huawei Mate 10 it also lands on February 18th for $1,125.
