Philips Lighting already made news earlier in the week at CES 2018 by announcing a partnership with Razer Chroma to make gaming a more immersive experience, but they are not done yet. They will be introducing a product that brings the entirety of the Philips Hue line into unchartered territory–Yes, Philips Hue will be introducing Outdoor Smart Lighting this summer.

In usual CES fashion, we don’t have specific details yet, but we do know some things. For starters, from a home security and peace of mind standpoint, having remote control of lighting both inside and outside your home is a nice benefit. You can give the impression that you are home when you are not, and this has been a common function among Philips Hue indoor products. From an entertainment standpoint, Philips Hue Outdoor Smart Lighting will let you set the scene for your next Luau themed BBQ or 4th of July Party quite nicely. Philips Hue will enter the outdoors this summer with several new products.
