AT&T customers in South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Cranbury, Plainsboro, Milltown, Monmouth Junction, Highland Park, New Brunswick, Sayerville, Metuchen, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Carteret, South Amboy,  and areas of Jamesburg,  East Brunswick, Piscataway and Edison will now have 4G LTE from AT&T! They have also added coverage of 4G LTE to Routes 1, 287, and 27, the Garden State Parkway between exits 135 and 120, and New Jersey Turnpike between exits 12 to 8! This means you can get speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, meaning you can download, upload, stream, and do many other things at a much faster rate! AT&T is making a more efficient use of it’s spectrum by launching 4G LTE and it is also a much faster technology. NEW BRUNSWICK, DEC., 18, 2012 — AT&T* has expanded its 4G LTE network to Middlesex County, bringing more customers the latest generation of wireless network technology. Today’s expansion extends AT&T’s 4G LTE network to more consumers and businesses in the region and is part of AT&T’s ongoing rollout across the New York Citymetropolitan area. 

 

The AT&T 4G LTE network is available in Plainsboro, Cranbury, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Monmouth Junction, Milltown, New Brunswick, Highland Park, Sayreville, Metuchen, Carteret, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, South Amboy,  and areas of Jamesburg,  East Brunswick, Piscataway and Edison.  Coverage of the 4G LTE network has also been extended along Routes 1, 287 and 27, the New Jersey Turnpike between exits 12 to 8, and the Garden State Parkway between exits 135 and 120 in these areas.
