Google IO 2013 kicked off today and they have announced many new features, products, and services. The Samsung Galaxy S 4 with stock Android was announced as well today! This is the Samsung Galaxy S 4, but with a Nexus device software. It will be running stock Android 4.2 JellyBean. Like the Nexus 7, Nexus 4, Nexus 10, and other Nexus devices this will be getting the latest Android updates very quickly. Usually within a day or two of when they are announced. It will be landing exclusively in Google Play on June 26, 2013. It will come with the large price tag of $649.99, but for those looking for a clean experience on the Galaxy S 4 no longer have to keep looking. It will definitely be released in the white color, but we have not yet heard if it will be available in black. Inside it will be packing 4G LTE bands for AT&T and T-Mobile. The software will be clean Android and of course it will have an unlocked boot loader. Internal storage will be 16GB, but the micro SD card slot is still found. This could be called the “Galaxy S 4 Nexus Edition” or “Google Edition”, this is similar to when the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was given the special Google treatment a few years back. Let us know if you will be getting the Galaxy S 4 with stock Android on June 26th!
