Selfies have become massively popular, and Verizon Wireless realizes this and that might be a reason they are expanding their Windows Phone lineup. They are exclusively adding the new and affordable Microsoft Lumia 735. This device, is meant for selfies, as it has a 5 megapixel wide-angle lens on the front. You don’t have to wait to get this new Windows Phone, this device is available from Verizon’s online store, tele-sales, and in retail locations as of June 18th.
The Lumia 635 comes in at $8 a month on Verizon Edge and for $192 with no-contract. Plus, until July 31, 2015 customers who purchase and activate the Lumia 735 will receive one year of Office 365 Personal, plus 1TB of storage in the cloud on OneDrive. The Lumia 635 supports HD Voice, along with XLTE which will give you even faster speeds on Verizon’s network, which is the nations fastest.
The Microsoft Lumia 635 comes running Windows 8.1 out of the box, and features Cortana and Live Tiles. It has a 4.7-inch HD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and ClearBlack Technology. The back features 6.7 megapixel lens with ZEISS optics and you get a replaceable 2200mAh battery that supports wireless charging out of the box. You will get around 16GB of storage out of the box, plus you can expand your storage with a micro SD card. The Microsoft Lumia 635 is available now from Verizon Wireless and is running on both 4G LTE and XLTE.
