Our friends over at Samsung Mobile have sent us the AT&T Samsung Rugby Smart for us to review. We have already give you a hands-on with the Rugby Smart and now it comes time for our full review. AT&T and Samsung have decided to come out with a device that is both smart and rugged. This could be compared to the Verizon Wireless Casio G’z One Commando.
