Tangled is coming back, Disney Channel has announced it will be returning as a series in 2017. The good news here is that, Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi will be reprising their roles in the TV series. It will be coming to Disney Channel in 2017 and will feature music from Alan Menken and Glenn Slater.
The TV series will be set between the events of the feature film and the start of the 2012 short film, Tangled Ever After, which premiered on Disney Channel to 5 million viewers. The series will kick off as Rapunzel acquaints herself with there kingdom, her parents, the people of the town, Corona. Rapunzel realizes that there is much to learn before she can fully take over her royal destiny. She then decides to put her marriage and her crown on hold, and then adventures will ensue. Some old faces and new faces will be joining Rapunzel, including Eugene; the plucky chameleon sidekick, Pascal; the no-nonsense horse, Maximus; the Snuggly Duckling Pub Thugs; and newcomer Cassandra, a tough-as-nails handmaiden.
Tangled, the TV series, will be making its debut in 2017 on Disney Channel.
