AT&T wants to make the internet accessible to all, and the first step in doing this launching their fast and powerful 4G LTE network in Mexico. While the carrier has announced they have begun to light up the network in the country, it is not for the entire place as of now. The plan is to have the entire country and over 40 million users connected by the end of the year.
So far, AT&T is connecting Atlacomulco, Estado de México Cuernavaca, Morelos Cuautla, Morelos Pachuca, Hidalgo Tepeji, Hidalgo and Tulancingo, Hidalgo with 4G LTE. Customers can get connect on the new 4G LTE network through the AT&T Unidos wireless plans. They are available from Iusacell, Nextel Mexico and Unefon in Mexico. These plans bring the usual talking and texting, along with unlimited social media and Prip® radio. You can also extend your network into the United States and Canada.
AT&T is moving quickly with the launch of 4G LTE in Mexico, and once it is complete their full 4G LTE network will cover 100 million people.
