Republic Wireless is in a spree of new announcements, last week they unveiled new plans and today they add new devices. The Moto E with 4G LTE and the Moto G with lower pricing are available from the carrier today. The Moto E with 4G LTE will be coming in at $129 and this device is a low to mid range smartphone, an area were innovation has been happening. The Moto G from Republic Wireless now costs between $149 and $199.
While the Moto G is not getting an update in terms of hardware or features, the Moto E with 4G LTE is an all new device for the carrier. It features a 4.5″ qHD 540×96 IPS Corning Gorilla Glass display with 245 pixels per inch. It is powered by Republic Wireless, which utilizes 4G LTE and WiFi. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor and a 2390mAh battery. For storage, you will get 8GB internally and you can expand via a micro SD card slot. The Moto E is running Android Lollipop 5.1 and comes with several Motorola only software features.
Lastly, you will get a 5 megapixel lens on the back and a VGA camera on the front. The device will be available in either Black or White, and can be customized with Motorola Bands.
