Verizon Wireless already offers lightning fast 4G LTE and XLTE is the faster AWS band of 4G LTE, but today they are adding new several new markets. XLTE is landing in 6 new markets today, as Verizon continues to expand and improve it’s network. XLTE launched earlier this year and provides a faster 4G LTE connection, as well as more bandwidth so the networks can handle more. XLTE is already is over 400 markets and many devices that Verizon offers support the AWS Spectrum.

Carlsbad-Artesia, NM, Coos Bay-North Bend, OR, Corbin, KY, Jackson, MS, Selma, AL, Stevens Point-Marshfield, WI are the 6 new markets for XLTE. 4 out of 5 Verizon Wireless markets offer XLTE and deliver these faster peak speeds. Devices like the Droid Turbo, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, LG G4, can support the AWS spectrum.

It is great to see that Verizon continues to expand and improve it’s network, I wonder where Verizon will bring XLTE next!
