Currently, the interface across Sling TV is a unique one that can be confusing at time. Today they announced a revamped interface that is rolling out to Android users today, with other devices getting the new design soon after. Cord cutters moving from a traditional cable plan will be happy to know they are going to a grid design to view content.
This will allow for an easier to read schedule that shows you the content across several channels at once. Sling TV is not loosing its content recommendations though, they will still offer these in the Featured and On Now sections of the application. They will also recommend TV shows that are available from their on-demand service.
Even better this new design will not cost users any more money. It is rolling out to Android users via an application update today but will arrive on additional platforms later this year.
