Apple unveiled iOS 11 on June 5th, and it is not a full redesign or the largest update ever— It happens to be a lot of small features and some big technical advances. However, over the past few days, we have discovered some unannounced features, like new effects for Messages.
With iOS 10 we see the addition of hearts, invisible ink, and slam effects. Moreover, come this Fall Echo and Spotlight will be available for all to use.
Both of these effects are screen ones and work with words and emojis a like. I personally like Echo a little more as it repeats whatever it is your sending in a twirling fashion around the screen. While Spotlight could be used to highlight something or call your friends attention.
