It was a surprise for sure, but Super Lucky’s Tale is coming to Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. In fact, it will be a launch title for the new console and lands on November 7th. This is a traditional platformer that would typically be produced in 2D, but for the Xbox One X, it is being upgraded to 3D.
And it seems that while the original would be played on a Nintendo 64, the 3D updates make it sound like something that might have been better off on the Nintendo Switch. But being on the Xbox One X means it will support full 4K Ultra HD graphics. And it is pretty crazy to think that a platformer will support 4K graphics.
Super Lucky’s Tale seems like a title that will be fun for the whole family, and it was developed by Playful. It will be launching for the Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X on November 7th, 2017.
