It now appears that Walmart has sold out of pre-orders for the SNES Classic Edition, but stay tuned to NJTechReviews as we will let you know when this retailer and others restock.

This is bound to sell out fast, but as of 12:05AM EST on July 22nd 2017, Walmart has kicked off pre-orders for the SNES Classic Edition. This upcoming console is also known as the Super Nintendo Entertainment System Classic Edition and is a follow-up to the NES Classic Edition, a very hard to find device.

Walmart has the SNES Classic Edition available for pre-order right now for $79.99, you can click here to be taken to the product page. Chances are that the SNES Classic Edition will sell out quite quickly. But since Walmart has started hopefully other retailers in the United States like Amazon.com will start pre-orders soon as well.

The SNES Classic Edition is a minute console but looks like the original, plus you get an HDMI cable in the box, along with two wired Super NES Classic Controllers. Fan favorites like Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid, and F-ZERO are titles included. The Super NES Classic Edition will include the unreleased Star Fox 2, which was the never-released sequel to Star Fox. Nintendo’s SNES Classic Edition will cost $79 when it lands on September 29th, but pre-orders have begun if you can grab one.
