For the first time, Apple is introducing a new color option for its flagship iPhones in the middle of the cycle. Yes, Apple just announced that beginning March 24th 2017 the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be available in Red. And yes this is the Special Edition (PRODUCT)RED iPhone.
This is not the first time Apple and (PRODUCT) Red have teamed up and is likely the biggest partnership yet. A portion of sales from the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition will go to contribute to the Global Fund. There is no difference in the hardware on the inside, but the outside is a red aluminum finish. The timing of this announcement marks 10 years of Apple and (RED) working together.
This new color option for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is easily the most vibrant and will be available both in stores and online on March 24th. The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition will start at $749.
