Samsung’s US President Tim Baxter opened up the companies press conference on an interesting note. Leading up to their first event of 2017 many were wondering if they would comment on the Note 7 Battery Issues which ended up turning into a massive recall.
Surprisingly they did not shy away from it; they said the company is still working to fix the issue and to learn more about. Stating that soon they will be revealing what the cause of battery issue was. They also offered their apologies again as they know it affected many people.
Tim Baxter then quickly moved into showing what good Samsung did in 2016 and some primary goals for the future.
