SanDisk has done it again, and this one I did not necessarily think was coming this soon. Before this, they had the largest microSD card offering on the market, coming in at a large 200GB. However, at IFA, SanDisk has announced a 400GB Ultra micro SDHC card. I got to preview the latest breakthrough in small storage at an event earlier in summer, and it is awesome to see in person.
It is very tiny microSD card, but it packs a huge punch with storage. 400GB just doesn’t mean storage availability, but you can keep your photos on it long after the shoot and the edits have concluded. There is no need to go thrown the pain staking process of deleting the images individually from the camera interface or doing a big delete once you offload them.
However, even crazier, this can double or even triple the storage in your Android smartphone. As this 400GB microSD card can be supported on many smartphones, including the Note 8. The new SanDisk 400GB Ultra micro SDHC card is available now and comes in at $249.
