ZTE just wrapped up there 2016 Consumer Electronics Show press conference in Las Vegas! The company just announced the Grand X 3, which is an affordable smartphone that will cost just $129.99. It will be making its way to Cricket Wireless and has some solid specifications on board.
The Grand X 3 is in line with ZTE missions to deliver affordable premium smartphones to consumers. It features a 5.5-inch HD TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1280 X 720. Out of the box it is running Android 5.1 Lollipop with a ZTE user interface running on top it. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Qualcomm quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. In terms of storage you will have 16GB internally and a micro SD card slot for expansion.
You will find a 2 megapixel camera on the front and an 8 megapixel camera on the back. The front facing camera does video at 720p, while the rear lens can shoot at 1080p. It has a 3,000mAh removable battery and ZTE opted for a USB Type-C port for charging. It is a 4G LTE device and is running on Cricket Wireless’s network. It also has a Qualcomm Quick Charge feature and Dolby Audio sound.
The ZTE Grand X 3 will be landing on Cricket Wireless this month, January 2016.
