The BlackBerry PRIV is of course the company’s first Android powered device. But it still features BlackBerry’s classic keyboard, this time in a slider format that is paired with a touch screen. While the device is not launching until November and will only be working on select carriers in the United States, BlackBerry has just kicked off pre-orders. You can now get your order in for a BlackBerry PRIV, but it will cost $699.
BlackBErry is saying that PRIV will ship on or around November 6th 2015. In the United States the device will not work with Verizon, Sprint, or US Cellular. With that being said it should work great on AT&T or T-Mobile. The PRIV features a 5.4-inch Dual Curved display, an 18 megapixel back camera, 32GB of internal storage, a micro SD card slot, a highly secure version of Android, a 3410mAh battery inside, a physical keyboard, DTEK by BlackBerry, and more!
It will be interesting to see how the BlackBErry PRIV does, you can stay tuned for our full review coming soon after the device launches in November. Click here to check out the pre-order page for the BlackBerry PRIV.
