Earlier this morning it was announced that a total of 97 technology companies have signed onto a legal challenge against Trump’s Immigration Executive Order, for it being unconstitutional. These are companies like Apple, Google, and Microsoft and just moments ago two more just got onboard. Elon Musk’s Tesla and SpaceX have just joined the list against the order.

The brief and legal suit argues that Trump’s Immigration Order is unconstitutional, against American values, and inflicts harm on America’s businesses. Furthermore violating the constitution is the main argument and it holds weight. It also states the order marks a drastic switch in the immigration system.

This full brief comes after Trump signed the executive order on the 27th of January and it faced harsh outcry from citizens. Many technology companies voiced there opinions in the forms of memos to employees and letters to customers.
