The North Jersey Coast Line DLC for Train Simulator is here

NJTransit and Train Simulator fans are rejoicing everywhere, the North Jersey Coast Line DLC is finally here. Conductors and engineers a like everywhere can now experience NJTransit’s famous rail line that goes through the great state of New Jersey! The  new add-on or downloadable content for the game brings with it two stations, New York Penn Station and the Hoboken Terminal. The DLC is available now from steam, along with the new NJT F40PH-2CAT Twin Pack.

You will be able to make the trek from New York City down to Hoboken and then even further down the shore. You will get a plethora of new scenarios like Hoboken, Northeast Corridor, To Long Branch: Part 1, To Long Branch: Part 2, Ocean Spray, Frozen to the Core, New York Night Shift, Railfan Mode Scenario, Belmar, Hoboken, Long Branch, Newark International Airport, and many others. QuickDrive capabilities will let you make a custom route and pick the weather are available as well.

In total you get 73 miles of both electrified and non-electrified lines to rid on. With the DLC pack you will get access to the  Bombardier ALP-45DP “dual-power” locomotive, which gets power from diesel or from a catenary line, either way it can reach speeds of 100mph.
